After completing his studies and clinical rotations in the GTA, Adam Teav returned to Ottawa to begin his practice.

​

Adam Teav completed his undergraduate in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and proceeded to do his graduate studies with a specific interest in running biomechanics and running injuries. He successfully completed his postgraduate studies in Chiropody at the Michener Institute. Throughout his academics Adam participated in several research studies and has co-authored in various published journal articles.

As a local from Ottawa, Adam worked as a Kinesiologist and an exercise therapist at various physio clinics. While in Toronto he worked at a orthopedic shoe store where he learned proper shoe fitting and assessment. Adam has always participated in sports and has completed a number of marathons, half-marathons and 10km runs.
